| Back "On The Road Again" our song for the day.....long straights roads....the I-40 runs alongside the railroad so I am in my element, don't think we have ever seen so many trains in one day !! It's a long drive today but Yorkieman has the truck in cruise control, we are listening to Willie's Roadhouse and the temperature goes down to a more relaxing high 80's F.... |

| Welcome to New Mexico and our stop for 2 nights at Milan at a no frills campsite but perfectly clean and easy access and an excellent price which includes the golf channel (most unusual these days for most campsites that charge double what we are paying here) so my boy is happy......we are now at an elevation of 6,500 ft....Milan & neighbouring Grants are on Old Route 66 so we get to drive another few miles of the Mother Road..... |
